West Coast Cultural Lab is celebrating our first anniversary through a series of community focused projects, open calls, events, and collaborations across Vancouver.
We believe creativity can become a bridge between people, stories, and communities. Through film, print, illustration, community events, and cultural exchange, we hope to create spaces where different voices and experiences can meet.
Below are our current open calls and community opportunities for Summer 2026.
Open Call for illustrators: Stick Together

For our first anniversary, we are creating a collaborative sticker sheet featuring illustrators and artists from our community.
Rather than promoting ourselves, we hope this becomes a small shared gift for the community while introducing more local artists and their work to new audiences.
We welcome different styles, playful, emotional, weird, warm, abstract, character based, or anything that feels like you.
Theme: We believe each person is like a drop of water. When we come together, we can become waves.
